Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

​​Delivery:

Please allow up to 5 working days for your product to be created, and 5 working days for delivery.

 

If we are unable to deliver during this period then you will be notified via email or telephone as to when your delivery will be expected.  We offer no guarantee of being able to deliver in 5 working days.  We will not refund or replace goods that are delayed in transit due to any reason including industrial action by third parties.

Cancellations and Returns:

​

All of our comics are individually personalised to the customers requirements and as such they are not eligible for return, refund or exchanges

 

Please note, under new distance selling regulations, customised and personalised items are not covered by the 14 day cooling off period and by ordering you accept this.

Damaged Goods:

​

Orders are checked before being dispatched and are packaged well to avoid damage during transit. If your order reaches you in a damaged condition:

Please contact us within 48 hours of  delivery and we will replace it.  You will be required to email us with photos of both the item in the state that it arrived and the packaging it arrived in, to info@customcomics.co.uk. This enables a much faster resolution. You have 14 days following delivery to do this, after which we are not responsible.

Payment and pricing:

All orders are taken via our website. Once payment has been received you will receive a confirmation email to your specified email address confirming your order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any errors or changes required within 24 hours of receipt of confirmation.​

We reserve the right to cancel the contract at any time.

Each comic will be made to the customers specification.

CustomComics will not be responsible for any spelling mistakes made by the customer.

The customers confirmation email will show a proof of the customer designed comic.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the name, numbers and colours are correct before proceeding to payment.

Confidentiality:

​

All payments taken via our website use a secure server. All confidential information is held securely and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act.  Customer details are not passed to any third party, but we reserve the right to pass on contact & telephone numbers to our delivery company in order to deliver, unless specifically requested not to do so.
